We only collect what you choose to share with us:

• - Your name and email address when you join our mailing list or submit an enquiry form.
• - Any message you include when applying to host a retreat.
• - Basic technical information (such as browser type) collected automatically when you visit the site.

Why we use it

Your details are used only to respond to your enquiry, to keep you informed about availability and founding host rates if you ask us to, and to understand how the site is used. We never sell or share your data for marketing purposes.

Legal basis

Under the GDPR we process your personal data on the basis of your consent (when you submit a form or join the mailing list) and, where relevant, our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and mailing-list data for as long as needed to respond and, where you have subscribed, until you ask us to remove you. You can unsubscribe or request deletion at any time.

Third parties

We use a third-party email service (MailerLite) to manage our mailing list. They process email addresses on our behalf and only to send communications you have asked to receive. No other third parties have access to your data.

Cookies

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Any essential technical data is processed only to keep the site working and is not used to identify you.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to its processing, and to request a copy of it in a portable format.
